Non-Working Number?
Navigate to the Lead tab in the Sonic Portal.
Search for your lead using the date range options.
Use the last result drop down on the bottom right of the lead cell and choose Non-Working Number (like the image to the left below)
A pop up will appear (like the image to the right below)
Once submitted, you can then view your open requests in your portal under the Support tab of the Sonic Portal.
