Thank you for your purchase. Purchases of leads are not cancellable, and fees paid are not refundable. A full or partial refund of account credit may be requested within ten days of purchasing a lead.  

  • A PARTIAL refund of account credit may be requested for non-working phone numbers where there is a reasonable email address supplied as part of the contact information.

  • A FULL refund of account credit may be requested for a number that is disconnected, and the email is not valid.

VERY IMPORTANT - FEE INVOLVED

If you submit multiple refund requests for known working numbers, you will be subject to a $5 fee for each denied request after the first denied request. Making false requests for refunds will result in longer refund timelines for your actual non-working numbers.

Examples of Non-Working Numbers:

  • A busy signal

  • A message from the phone company

  • A long tone or other non-human type noise

  • A fax line

  • A call centers automated voice prompt

  • The weather line

Return Process

To request a refund, please select "Non-Working Number" as the last result code on the lead in the Sonic Portal. In the pop-up, choose your reason and then agree to the refund policy. Once you agree, you will receive an email confirmation of the submission. Also, you can see the status of your request under Support in the portal.
